Join us on Dec 8th to:
*Learn what a Community Land Trust is and how we can put this powerful tool to work in our community,
*Share your passion to care for the housing needs of marginalized members of our community, and
*Hear about the partnerships CommonSpace has begun to form and how to accelerate our capacity to house more people.

Event includes a presentation from CommonSpace co-founders and a World Cafe-style facilitated conversation to hear from participants about your priorities for affordable housing and land stewardship in Sonoma County. Following the event, we will honor the 50th anniversary of community land trusts in the US by screening a short documentary “Arc of Justice” about the first CLT in the US, New Communities, Inc., founded by black farmers as part of the Civil Rights Movement.

This event is free & open to the public, no registration necessary. Donations welcome!
